TESTUDO

Autonomous Swarm of heterogeneous resources in infrastructure protection via threat prediction and prevention

The reliable, robust and resilient operation of critical infrastructure is essential for the security, well-being and economic growth of European citizens. However, this is made more complex due to the interconnected nature of CIs and the extent of the threats they face. TESTUDO is delivering a platform that prioritises autonomous monitoring of CIs and their sites through interoperable vehicles and sensors that can provide an early warning of potential incidents. The core CIs considered in the piloting of TESTUDO look at infrastructure surrounding water security and transport infrastructure. The impact of both cyber and physical threats is foreseen including both those by malicious actors as well as disasters.

Within TESTUDO, CENTRIC is responsible for developing data fusion models and pipelines as well as an extended reality application which relays information to and from the command centre to mobile operators.
