IAMI

Identify Attributes Matrix Initiative
AI Driven Software

IAMI aims to revolutionise entity identification and resolution in security, intelligence, and investigative contexts. It addresses the challenges and limitations of current identification techniques, delivering an AI-powered software system that seamlessly integrates with existing case management systems and analytic tools. The project uses the concept of an Identity-Attributes-Matrix (IAM) - a 3D construct encompassing a broad spectrum of multi-modal identity-related attributes, including biometric data, non-biometric identity-related data, and analytical results. These attributes help facilitate large-scale, rapid and simultaneous multi-entity identification/resolution.

Furthermore, IAMI sets the groundwork for effective collaboration and data sharing across European agencies, including international organisations like EUROPOL and INTERPOL, by establishing an EU-wide data collection repository for terrorist threat assessment and awareness.

CENTRIC will play a major role in supporting future regulatory compliance for the AI components, providing the evaluation framework for the pilots and the associated training curricula. Furthermore, CENTRIC will also lead the assessment of social sentiment towards IAMI.
