Like all organisations, the International Organization for Migration needs to support its staff in managing their mental health and those they are responsible for. CCC enhances the managerial capacity to support staff with mental health conditions and, where appropriate, their return to duty. CCC provides a serious game to support managers in assessing the signs and symptoms of complex mental health conditions. In addition, the platform helps managerial staff identify and track the pathway for the provision of additional mental health support.
