Andrea Redhead

Andrea graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Master of Computing in Games Software Development. She spent five years in the mobile games industry in which she self-taught PHP to develop the server code and learnt Unity to work on the various games in development. After leaving the games industry, Andrea came to CENTRIC to start working on the Virtual Reality projects. 

While in CENTRIC she has carried on developing her skills and now works as a full-stack developer on the flagship SCAAN system. Even though she works across the entire system, she specialises in the frontend development and is pursuing a PhD focused on Web Accessibility. In addition, she supports the personal growth and development of the rest of the technical team, with a specific focus on the Serious Games team.
