Claudia Capasso
PhD Student
Claudia Capasso is currently a Public Law PhD student at Tuscia University, in Italy, and a visiting researcher at CENTRIC. Her research focuses on the use of AI in national security and, more specifically, in counter terrorism, and its effects on fundamental rights. Claudia holds a master’s degree in International Security and currently teaches AI Law at Niccolò Cusano University.
Her other research interests include transparency as a Constitutional principle, Social Media and Internet Public Law, and Security Public Law.
