Christopher Rowley KPM, MSt. (Cantab)

Chris has over 31 years law enforcement experience. He is passionate about identifying new and innovative ways of preventing people becoming victims by adopting evidence based academic approaches. Chris has worked in numerous police forces at Chief officer and Chief Constable level. In each one he has successfully improved the service provided to victims and communities, whilst improving performance and productivity, with the support of various academic institutions. These improvements have been achieved whilst achieving significant budget savings over the last 12 years. 

He is passionate about investing in people, coaching and mentoring a significant number of senior leaders, enabling them to become outstanding leaders.
